Manual Reminders
You can send a manual reminder to invited contacts who have not yet submitted a headshot.
In the Dashboard, navigate to Submissions. Click the Invited tab.
Check the box next to the person(s) you would like to remind. Click Actions > Send reminder.
The user will receive an email reminder.
"Less than a minute ago" is a live variable that will adjust depending on how much time has passed since the initial invite was sent.
Automatic Reminders
Alternatively, if you would like automatic reminders to be sent periodically to users that have yet to submit a headshot, your Customer Success Manager will be happy to set that up for you. Please let them know to start.
