Studio Dashboard

Set Up your Admin Account — Our Operations team will have sent you a link via email to create your Admin Account’s password. Open the link and create your password of choice.

After you enter in your password, you will automatically navigate to headshots.snapbar.com. Bookmark this website for convenient access in the future.

Logging in to your Dashboard — Once you have set up your dashboard account, you will access your account through headshots.snapbar.com and log in using your e-mail and the password you used when you created your account.

Resetting your PasswordIf you ever want to change your password, hit "Reset Password" to update. After seven failed login attempts, the account will be locked. To avoid this, please reset your password before this many attempts. If you do not receive the email to reset your password shortly, please check your spam folder.

Entry Page — This entry page will show all of your Studios. Here you can see a high-level overview and manage of all your Studios, contacts, and photo submissions. To see more details about a specific studio, click “Manage”.

Studio Details — Within “Manage” you will be able to:

  • See more information about the specific Studio, including the live activation dates and headshot credit usage

Viewing your Studio — You can also conveniently access your Studios URL by clicking the eye icon or copy the URL by clicking the clipboard icon.

  • Please Note: accessing the Studio using the eye icon opens an admin link which will bypass the e-mail verification and is not a method in which your users will access the Studio, they will be required to verify their emails prior to accessing the Studio. To share a public Studio link, you will need to copy the URL and/or invite a contact list. To share a private Studio link, you must invite a contact list or contact directly from the dashboard.

Contacts — From the contacts page under “Lists”, you can view and manage all contacts!

  • Add an individual contact

  • OR create a contact list

    Importing a Contact List — You will need to import a contact list via CSV — For instructions on formatting and uploading a .CSV, click HERE.

    • You’ll want to be sure to click “Add list” to the left of the purple “Add Contact” button, Name and Create the New list, then be sure you have the new list selected. Click “Import” and import the contacts into that list via CSV upload.

Managing Contacts — From the contacts page, you can view and manage all contacts. To remove contacts, multi-select any contacts you no longer want, click Actions, and Delete. You can show up to 50 rows of contacts per page using the Rows per page drop-down.

Inviting Contacts to the Studio — On the Studios view, click the Invite Contacts button.

Submissions — On the submissions page, you can:

  • View and manage all submissions

  • View headshots that still need review

  • Download all headshots

Review Submissions — Navigate to the “Review” tab in the submissions to accept or reject images. You can select multiple photos, click “actions”, then bulk accept, reject, or export the images. You can also enlarge a photo on the individual level by clicking on the submission row. Once enlarged, you can either Delete, Reject, or Accept the photo.

  • WARNING: Deleting a photo will remove the photo permanently from your gallery and cannot be retrieved by you or our team. Please ensure you only use this action when you are positive you do not want the set of photos.

Rejecting a Submission — click the Reject button to request the individual retakes their photo. This will open a dialogue box where you can opt-in or opt-out, by checking or unchecking the box, to let the individual know why their photo was rejected. Once you hit Reject & request retake, the user will be emailed a link invitation to retake their photo.

Accepting a Submission — Accepting the photo will move it into the Accepted tab on the Submissions view

Exporting Photos

  • To download the entire list of submissions, click into the list you want, you can download All submissions. Or, if you are choosing to accept or reject photos, typically upon export you would want to choose the “Accepted” tab. Then click “Export photos” in the top right corner in purple. Ensure all of the settings are correct, then hit export and await an email confirming your export is ready to download.

  • To download a selection of photos, multi-select any photos you want, click actions, then click export. You will then be asked to select a filename pattern, and the desired image format. Auto will use the image format that was selected for the preset. (ie. jpeg or png). Once you have made those selections, click export and await the email confirming your export is ready for download.
