How to share your Studio with your Contacts!
Updated over a week ago

There are a few ways to share your Studio with your contacts, these options are outlined below and are specific to the type of link you have setup for your Studio ie. Public or Private. The type of link your Studio has is shown in the ‘Sharing’ module within your Studio details to the left of the Studio URL.

If your Studio link is Public:

  • You can share your Studio in a few ways! Note: You are welcome to use just one or a combination of the following methods all at once.

  1. Share your Studio in an internal message or email that you send by sharing the link directly or hyperlinking it in your message — if this is your preferred method click HERE for some email example templates.

  2. Share a QR Code that with a quick scan will take your contacts directly to the Studio — if you would like a QR Code for your Studio, please contact your Customer Success Specialist and they will provide you with one.

  3. Share it by creating a contact list and uploading a CSV to the dashboard to send email invitations directly from the Studio —

Importing a Contact List — You will need to import a contact list via CSV — For instructions on formatting and uploading a .CSV, click HERE.

    • First, click “Add list” to the left of the purple “Add Contact” button

    • Then, Name and Create the New list

    • Be sure you have the new list selected

    • Click “Import” and import the contacts into that list via CSV upload

  4. Invite your Contact List

If your Studio link is Private:

  • If you have a Private Studio link, your only method for sharing is to upload a CSV file into the Contacts view within the dashboard and then send email invitations directly from the dashboard INVITE button. The reason for this is that with Private links, the invitations from the dashboard will have a unique onetime use link that will expire once a photo is submitted.

    1. Format the CSV — Click HERE, for instructions on how to format your CSV

    2. Import a Contact List — You will need to import the CSV into a Contact List

      • First, click “Add list” to the left of the purple “Add Contact” button

      • Then, name and create the new list

      • Be sure you have the new list selected

      • Click “Import” and import the contacts into that list via CSV upload

    3. Invite your Contact List
