To download entire list of submissions, click into the list you want, you can download All submissions. Or, if you are choosing to accept or reject photos, typically upon export you would want to choose the “Accepted” tab. Then click “Export photos” in the top right corner in purple. Ensure all of the settings are correct, then hit export and await an email confirming your export is ready to download.

To download a selection of photos, multi-select any photos you want, click actions, then click export. You will then be asked to select a filename pattern, and the desired image format. Auto will use the image format that was selected for the preset. (ie. jpeg or png). Once you have made those selections, click export and await the email confirming your export is ready for download.
