What Are Studio Credits?

Studio Credits are deducted for each approved submission within the Studio platform. Invites do not count, so for instance, if you've sent 10 invitations but only 5 submissions have been received and approved, your Studio will reflect the usage of 5 credits. Please note that this count may vary from the submissions view, as it includes retake submissions (more on that next).

Understanding Retakes

Important Note: Avoid deleting submissions instead of rejecting them. Deleting a submission removes the dashboard's ability to register a retake request, resulting in an additional credit charge for subsequent submissions.

Each credit includes up to 5 retakes, meaning each user can be rejected 5 times by their admin before another credit is used. A new credit is only deducted upon the 6th retake request per user. A retake is counted in the dashboard when a submission is rejected, triggering a "request retake" email. Subsequent submissions from that user won't consume additional credits until all 5 allotted retakes have been exhausted.

Do Credits Expire?

You have indefinite access to the platform and purchased credits unless you request to deactivate your Studio and dashboard account. Please note that if your account becomes inactive for more than 6 months, we may reach out to confirm if you want to retain access. If we cannot confirm, we reserve the right to deactivate the account to reduce our server usage and costs.
