Open the Studio using the URL or invitation link in email

Proceed in the booth by entering your contact details and reviewing the guidelines until you arrive to the “Ready for your headshot?” page

Your device will check for camera access permissions

If it says “We cannot use your device’s camera.”

1. Tap the 3 dot icon in the top right corner to find the settings menu
 
 
2. Tap the information symbol ⓘ

3. Tap on “Permissions” 
 
 
4. Then toggle Camera on to “Allowed”

Lastly, you’ll need to refresh the page and start from the beginning so that the booth recognizes the new Camera Permissions being allowed

2. Scroll down until you reach the “Privacy and security” section and tap “Site permissions”
3. Tap on the “Camera” option
4. Select “Ask to allow” 
   
    

Go back to the Studio and click the lock in the search bar next to the URL, ensure that where it says “Camera” it is followed by “Allowed”

Then click “Upload a photo” and choose the Camera action. From here you can use your devices camera and proceed to submit your headshot in the Studio as normal

6. Then click “Upload a photo” and choose the Camera action. From here you can use your devices camera and proceed to submit your headshot in the Studio as normal
