No Camera Detected

  1. Allow Snapshot to use your camera

    1. You should have seen a popup requesting permission to use your camera, you must hit "Allow".

  2. Update your camera permissions

    Camera permission settings can vary by browser— select the one that applies:

      • Internet Explorer is not supported.

  3. Try using Snapshot on another device

    1. If Snapshot does not work on the new device, please contact your event's administrator to see if this issue is occurring for other users.

  4. Check to see if your camera works in another browser
