Many of our clients and their booth attendees are accessing our Snapshots from devices that operate behind a heavily restricted VPN or company firewall. In order to ensure your users are able to access the booth within their restrictions, we recommend asking your IT team to have the following items Allowlisted.
Allowlist the domain https://headshots.studio. This is the domain that the Studio URL is based on.
Ensure your IT team allows all members of your company to receive e-mails [email protected]. When you invite them from the dashboard or reject a photo, an e-mail is sent to them from this address.
